Hello to all of my faithful readers and followers! I’m not quite back with you all yet still have work to do where I am:) I do visit from time to time and I’m so encouraged by your continued support of my efforts to make a difference in the lives of others! I’m contemplating expanding my ebook A Life Toward Authenticity-My Authentic Woman Story to include more lessons on my journey to “becoming”, as it’s oftentimes the journey and not the destination that makes us who we are.
If you haven’t read the book, stroll down the page to purchase the original copy or visit http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/my-authentic-woman-story-clara-freeman/1111834210?ean=9781623092276 and amazon.com @ http://www.amazon.com/My-Authentic-Woman-Story-ebook/dp/B008FF6BH8.
I’m writing this post after re-reading from parts of My Authentic Woman Story and becoming inspired, which I’d like to share with you guys:
“I am not at the end of my journey to living an authentic life. In fact, after ten years of embarking upon this path to rediscovery, I’m open to discovering new things about me. Exploring my innermost thoughts, acting upon my dreams and passions and implementing change for the bigger picture-growth; are ongoing processes.
We are a work in process, are we not? When we make progress in any area of our lives, we’re to be commended. As women, we’ve come a long way, but, our journey to “becoming” the woman we’ve always wanted to know is an ongoing discovery. I assure you, you’re up to the task.
I hope those of you reading my authentic woman story become enlightened, uplifted, encouraged and determined to seek your truth. Continue to fight the good fight. Keep a positive mindset during those “woe is me” times. Life is hard. Life experiences can become daunting, but you have the strength of the elders running amuck inside of you!
I know this to be true because I’ve called upon the wisdom of the elders and asked God for just enough faith to ( Gwendolyn Brooks to me) keep-a-going! I wish to Keep-a-Going and hope with all of my heart that you will too.
Stay blessed and live the life that the Good Lord expects of you.”
